This notice explains how personal data is handled on the fonde.hu website.

2. Contact
We use the information you give us by phone or email to answer your enquiry. Legal basis: steps before entering into a contract or legitimate interest (GDPR Article 6(1)(b) and (f)).
3. Hosting and server logs
Hosting provider: Rackhost Zrt. (6722 Szeged, Tisza Lajos körút 41.). IP addresses and technical server logs may be processed to keep the website secure and working. Legal basis: legitimate interest. The exact retention period will be confirmed before the website goes live.
4. Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and cookies
We use the following two non-essential measurement services only with your prior, voluntary consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)).
- Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited): analysis of visits, page views, traffic sources and on-site interactions. Technical and usage information, such as browser and device characteristics, approximate location, events and online identifiers, may be processed.
- Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corporation): analysis of website usability. Clicks, scrolling and navigation activity may be used to generate heatmaps and session replays. Technical data, usage data and online identifiers may be processed. Clarity masking is set to Balanced. Content detected as sensitive is hidden. We will also check this on the live website.
Both services are in the “Analytics” category. You can allow this category in Cookie Settings. It is off by default. Consent may be withdrawn at any time, after which the respective measurement service will not restart. Withdrawal does not itself erase data already transmitted; contact info@fonde.hu for requests concerning those data.
Data may be transferred to the providers and their subprocessors, potentially outside the European Economic Area, subject to the providers’ applicable safeguards. Google Analytics user and event data are retained for 2 months. New activity does not reset that period. Microsoft Clarity keeps ordinary session replays for 30 days, and click data, heatmaps and marked sessions for up to 9 months. We store your cookie choice in your browser’s local storage for up to 180 days, after which we request your choice again. You may change it earlier using Cookie settings.
5. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete or restrict your data. Where the law allows, you can also request data portability, object to processing and withdraw your consent. Contact: info@fonde.hu. You can complain to the Hungarian data protection authority, NAIH (naih.hu).
We normally respond to requests concerning your rights within one month. You may lodge a complaint with the Hungarian data protection authority (NAIH, https://www.naih.hu/) or seek a judicial remedy.
